Our standard shipping rates for the continental United States are:

$150-$299 – $15.00

If you are in the local (Eugene/Springfield, OR) area you have the option of free shipping. Just call or e-mail so we can arrange for delivery.
At the present time we ship only to the Continental US.
The shipping carrier will be chosen by Delano Designs (either USPS or UPS).
In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days. You will be notified of expected shipping dates on out of stock items and custom orders. All items will be held for shipping until order is complete. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Shipping insurance is available upon request. Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please let us know as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order or products, and we will do our best to work with you and resolve the issue.
We do our best to provide our customers with the most accurate photographs and descriptions of fabrics and products, however, please allow for some variations due to the color displays of different monitors.
